Last Week’s Wishes
- Follow my medifast diet more strictly. I did pretty good last week, but want to do even better.
- We still have a lot left to do on our Summer Bucket List. Hoping to complete some items on our list this week.
Totally failed at following my diet strictly. Last week I had a pretty big loss, check that out here. I doubt I will have any loss this week, I went out to eat way too many times! We also didn’t complete any items on our list. We have plans to do that next week. So both of these are on my list for this weeks wishes.
