Summer Cookout Must-Haves
Trying new products is so much fun because it helps me go out of my comfort zone of foods I normally make and eat. I was sent this BabbleBoxx of new products that are summer cookout must-haves.

RITZ Crisp & Thins

Summer Cookout Must-Haves

New RITZ Crisp & Thins offers the richness of RITZ Crackers in a thin and crispy, oven-baked chip. With 50% less fat than the leading regular fried potato chip, one bite will make you love RITZ over again. These were so crispy and delicious. Prestyn really loved the bacon flavor. They are available in four varieties: Sea Salt, Cream Cheese & Onion, Bacon and Salt & Vinegar flavors. I think the sea salt would taste really good with my buffalo chicken dip.
You can find more information on RITZ website.

Green Giant® Baked Beans
Summer Cookout Must-Haves

No cook out is complete without baked beans. They are delicious and so easy to bring to a cookout. Especially if you use a crock pot to keep them warm. Green Giant, normally known for their vegetable line, has introduced four new varieties of baked beans at Food Lion, Schnucks, and Giant Eagle. Green Giant Baked Beans are slow-baked to perfection™, just in time for summer! I bet these would be perfect in my cowboy baked beans recipe.

See more about this new product from Green Giant on their website.

Newman’s Own: Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce and Citrus Splash Dressing

Summer Cookout Must-Haves

The Newman’s Own Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce smelled amazing. I am so excited to grill up barbecue chicken this 4th of July. It would make an awesome dip for fried chicken nuggets. There is no high fructose corn syrup in the Newman’s Own Barbecue. I am really excited about this Newman’s Own Citrus Splash Dressing, it is so refreshing and light. This would be so great on a salad or to marinate chicken in. There is no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives in the Newman’s Own Dressing.

Newman’s Own gives 100% profits to charity. Which is AMAZING! Use the store locator to find Newman’s Own Barbecue & Newman’s Own Dressing.

Have you tried any of these new products yet? What are your Summer Cookout Must-Haves?

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

It was soooo cold out there tonight even with the sun. The wind was whipping. It may have been in the 40s but the wind chill was in the low 30s. I think my face is wind burned. Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). His games are harder to take video of cause his field is so big.

Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.

So it was growing soooooo slow. I finally repotted it a couple weeks ago, moved it closer to a window, and started using plant food from @happyhappyhouseplant. Not sure what made the most difference but the leaf opened and now a new one is already starting. Hoping it won’t take as long this time.
