Trim Healthy Mama 3 Month Update
Last year I bought the Trim Healthy Mama plan book and cookbook. I did really well on it and dropped about 20 or so pounds. Well I stopped because of stress and I went back my old habits again. May has come and gone. It was a very busy, but fun month. It is always one of my favorite months. Dustyn did a yo-yo act in the talent show at school. I was so proud he got up there in front of everyone. We also went to the aquarium. Dustyn played soccer with his broken arm. Carsyn turned SEVEN years old. Not even sure how that is possible.
