On Saturday we went to one of Dustyn's friend, Teagan's, 4th Birthday party. Her theme was princesses and pirates. It was so cute. The girls were dressed up as princesses and most of the boys were dressed up as pirates. Dustyn had a chest of dress up clothes from his Grammy, so he had a pirate costume. Haircuts & Shades of Autumn
On Wednesday the boys got hair cuts. Dustyn got a huge hair cut. Kept his mohawk but it is pretty small. Next time I am going to tell her not to cut it so short. It looks cute but I liked it a little longer. Carsyn just got the really long hairs around his ears and the back of his neck trimmed. This was his first hair cut. So very sweet and adorable! Cupcakes for me…{WW #14}
and cupcake pictures for you. We have had a cupcake shop in town for awhile, but I hadn't gone in there yet. We took Dustyn there on Saturday for a cupcake workshop. On Monday I went in and bought some cupcakes. Then I had fun taking photos. I was inspired by Deb, but her photos were way better. Spiced cupcake. This was really good too. Very fallish. Photo Tip Tuesday: Clean Portrait Processing
I sent out a question on twitter what they would like to see this week for Photo Tip Tuesday. Here are two questions... One was a question about when to use auto-focus. In all honesty I use auto focus 97% of the time. The only time I use manual focus is when I want my camera to focus on something specific and it isn't doing it.
