Simple Grilled Pork ChopsNeed a last minute dinner idea? This simple grilled pork chops recipe does not require you to marinate them over night. It is a very easy dry rub that can be added right before putting your pork chops on the grill. I grabbed the new Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops from Walmart and had Kenny grill them that same day.

Simple Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Smithfield All Natural Pork
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne

Instructions

  1. Remove the pork chops from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Rub on both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Coat your grill grates with oil before placing the pork chops on.
  6. Add your pork chops to your grill.
  7. Flip the pork chops on each side twice, rotating them a half turn each time to get criss-cross grill marks.
  8. Grill until the pork reaches 160°.

Recipe Notes

This would be good on pork chops, pork loins, or pork ribs.

The Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops were so tender and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite week night summer meals. You can’t get much easier then that, plus you don’t have to heat up your house with the oven.

For the squash & zucchini we heat up bacon grease in a pan. Then add the cut up squash, zucchini, and onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and cook until tender.

We love using the leftovers on top of our salad. Since we eat a ton of salad it is nice to change things up a bit. You could also try these Grilled Chipotle Pork Tacos with the leftovers. Yumm!

I haven’t had much chance to grill pork chops, so this is really helpful. By the way, the advice on going thinner for frying is accurate! Can't wait to try it

I love a good dry rub for grilling, and this one sounds amazing! It's quick and easy, and pork chops are always a hit here in our house when I put 'em on the grill. Thanks so much for sharing! #client

We saw a third eye doctor. We are going to try glasses for two months and also try to prevent her from closing or covering her left eye. Along with having her focus on something brought to her nose throughout the day. Then recheck. She did mention alternate patching. Even though they see it in both eyes it is more prominent in her left eye. If neither one is helping then we will do surgery.

20|365 Annelyn did amazing at the allergist today. 20|365 Annelyn did amazing at the allergist today. I felt so bad when they were poking her back. I shared a photo in my stories of her back. They tested for dairy, eggs, green beans and pork. She previously had a reaction to green beans and bacon so they wanted to check that. The dairy and egg still had a reaction, but the doctor feels it is small enough that we can start trying eggs and dairy in small portions. Her egg reaction is a little less than dairy so we are going to try that first.

I let her pick out a toy and she picked this baby yoda.

14|365 Sweet girl. Little update we are going for 14|365 Sweet girl. Little update we are going for a 3rd opinion next week at an office that offers vision therapy. I am going to see if they think therapy and/or glasses would help. I’m hoping that it will be an option since she is able to control it when we get her to focus. We will see.

Thanks for all the advice and sharing your experiences. I know every child and diagnosis is different but it is nice to hear what others have done.
