I made these frog cupcakes for Dustyn's "Leap" Day Birthday party at school. The kids and teachers absolutely LOVED them. They were very easy to do and a HUGE hit. Dustyn was born via scheduled c-section because he was going to be so big (he ended up being 10 pounds 4 ounces).
