The road to a healthy life is paved by letting go of the past. I was doing really good until Superbowl Sunday. I told myself I was going to be good. I tried so hard, but I couldn't resist all the delicious food (though I felt like crap after eating it). I ate way more then I needed to. Thankfully I had already lost 2 lbs last week and didn't gain it back. I was very disappointed in myself, but I decided I would let it go and not let it affect me.
