Medifast Week #2 | The Road To A Healthy Life

Filed Under: Health Tagged With: medifast, sponsored, weekly weigh-in

The road to a healthy life is paved with perseverance. There were times this week I wanted to give up and eat everything in site. There were also times I had little snacks here and there, but I am not giving up. I started this week on a high note. I have done amazing sticking to the plan so far. I didn’t make it to the gym last week at all. The weather has been seriously crappy, and I haven’t felt like being out in it. So, I am going to start doing some exercise at home.

I have definitely gotten motivated this last couple of days and stuck to the plan. I actually did ripped in 30 too. So I think I am finally getting on the other side of it.

Keep up the great work! I am in week 2 of my journey (2nd time around with Medifast), so I'll be following you for motivation and inspiration. I was at my goal weight in 2012 but here I am again... Exercise is tough for me too, so I had to find a way to get moving while including my kid. So, Santa brought my son a bike and we are hitting the sidewalks and park. He pedals and I follow. I tell him he's my 6 year old personal trainer! :) Best of luck to you! Awesome. I will be checking out your posts. I was at my goal weight in 2011 after I had my son and lost it all by breastfeeding. Then it came back on with a vengeance. Thanks so much for stopping by. That is great about your son. My son is also 6 but he doesn't like riding his bike, then I have Carsyn in his wheelchair so that is difficult. I think I may start doing the 30 day shred. That doesn't take much time and works well.
