2015 is my year. I am turning 30 in May and I have goals to reach. I am trying my best to eat healthy, but sometimes I just need a treat. Instead of going and eating a whole box of cookies I can just grab one of these out of the freezer. I get to enjoy a mini treat with out all the guilt. The new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt is 5.3oz, a good source of protein, less sugar than other yogurts, and only 190-210 calories.

Key-Lime-Ice-Cream-Sandwiches

I made these key lime yogurt ice cream sandwiches using the new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt in the Vanilla Bean flavor. The recipe is super simple and you only need three ingredients.

Key Lime Yogurt Ice Cream Sandwiches

Author By Sarah Halstead

Ingredients

  • 2 containers Vanilla Bean Yogurt
  • 2 Key Limes
  • 12 Gingersnap Cookies

Instructions

  1. Mix the Vanilla Bean Yogurt and the juice from 2 key limes in a small bowl.

  2. Place in the freezer for 1 1/2 hours. You want it softly frozen.
  3. Take approximately a tablespoon of the key lime yogurt mix and put on a gingersnap cookie.
  4. Place another cookie on top and put on a plate in the freezer.
  5. You will want to place each one in the freezer as you go.
  6. Freeze for 2 hours.
  7. Enjoy!

The key lime yogurt ice cream sandwiches are so delectable and perfect for a little treat while I have my “me time”.  Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt is just the right amount of wrong. You can have this for breakfast or an afternoon pick me up. Go ahead hide in your closet and enjoy one of these.

Those look SO tasty! And, I agree it's much easier to grab just one little treat when you're really craving something. Good idea about a freezer treat too, then you don't have to worry that they'll go stale before you have a chance to eat them. Yum!
