I finally was able to take great pictures of fireworks. I used the tips I posted here. Now the problem was picking favorites. That was hard. I took a TON of photos and had a really hard time narrowing it down. I used my bulb setting and really played around with the shutter speeds. I had a lot of fun taking the photos and can not wait to play with fireworks photos even more. My absolute favorite photo. Nothing spectacular about it.
