Friday Fun

Filed Under: Family, Photography Tagged With: carsyn, cerebral palsy

Guys I am so excited! We are leaving for Philly to go see Monster Jam tomorrow!!! I can not wait to see Dustyn and Carsyn’s reaction. I am also excited to see such a big show. It is going to be so much fun. I am also going to meet my friend Deidrea of Hot Mama Gowns. YAY! I just hope Carsyn does good on the 6hr drive since he doesn’t like riding in his seat for long.

Dustyn liked letting the lady bug crawl on him. It was so cute. The lady bug stayed on him for awhile.

We don’t have many blooming flowers right now, but we have plenty of these!

Carsyn wearing his new thumb splint picking up Cheerios.

and just cause I liked this photo.

have a great time!! we went to a monster jam years ago and it was soo much fun - and we're not even into cars and monster trucks! It's soo funny reading this, i was driving by an advanced auto parts store yesterday and noticed their sponsored truck outside on display - I had no idea the timing of it - now I know why :)

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.
