Scavenger Hunt Sunday {06/05/2011}

Filed Under: Family, Photography Tagged With: scavenger hunt sunday

Hello everyone. I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. I know we did. We left Friday to go to Philadelphia and came home last night. All these photos were from this weekend. We had a blast at Monster Jam. I can’t wait to share more photos. I do have a lot on my personal facebook page if you want to check them out.There will be many, many, many more coming.

Scavenger Hunt Sunday

HOT HOT HOT

Megasauras at Monster Jam. You could feel the heat from this. It was definitely hot, hot, hot.

Finding Form

They were finding their form doing donuts right beside each other.

Front Page of the News

We don’t  get the newspaper, but this would be front page news to us. Grave Digger won Freestyle.

Chore

Grinder wrecked so it was the tractors chore to flip him back over. You can see Grinders wreck video tapped by me here.

Beads

The Mommy Necklace that I wore all weekend. It keeps Carsyn entertained. This is one of my favorites.

    A flame-breathing beast! COLOR DILEMMA Yellow or red—which shall it be? Red for you and yellow for me? Perhaps you’d rather have yellow instead— Which leaves me, of course, with handfuls of red! Whichever hue you decide to choose, I’ll take the other—no one will lose! © 2011 by Magical Mystical Teacher Queen Liliuokalani statue in Honolulu

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

It was soooo cold out there tonight even with the sun. The wind was whipping. It may have been in the 40s but the wind chill was in the low 30s. I think my face is wind burned. Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). His games are harder to take video of cause his field is so big.

Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.
