It has really been warming up here.  I am LOVING this weather.  Gorgeous!  These are the tulips  I bought for my self at Walmart the day after Valentine’s Day half price that Kenny got me for Valentine’s Day. Ha ha! Anyways I took these photos by our door during sunset. I loved the lighting.

The boys played out side again. I am sure you are getting tired of seeing the same type of photos, but it has been so warm and I love seeing the boys so happy.

Critique This Photo Below!

Seriously the sweetest smile EVER!! I love him!

I am also linking up this last photo with Monique’s new blog hop Critique This. This is SOOC besides resizing and sharpening for the web. What do you think?

Thank you for linking up! For the critique..this photo seems a little cold. I would adjust the white balance and brighten up the face. Such a cute baby!!

Oh, I love it! I am so glad you get to pay outside again with your babies. They have the best smiles. I know that being inside all winter can drive a person batty!

LOVE the stem shot!! So different from what you'd typically think of when you think "flower shot". Great job. For the critique - I *love* the bokeh! :D I actually like where he is in the photo, too. I do think it looks a little too blue... that happens to me when I forget to set my camera to 'daylight' rather than 'tungsten'. ;)

Beautiful! I love the vase picture with the stems, the light coming through is gorgeous. & The lighting in the flowers in so dreamy! I'm not good at critiquing, so well done :)

I love the third photo, with the light reflected off the top of your son's head, it is a perfectly clear shot which I know with a 4 year old is hard to capture! Your last shot I like for the bokeh in the background light and the light on the rope swing and again the light on his little head. With some editing to make your son's face clearer and brighter this is a lovely photo.

The tulip's look so beautiful and the lighting was great. YAY, for warm weather!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your critique photo. First of all, he is a doll, as always. I really like the composition, but the light is flat. It would be nice if there was a little light coming in on camera left, adding some dimension to his face and catching some light in those gorgeous eyes. It also seems a little cool, for my taste, but that is just me. I like photos that look a little warmer.

I love the bokeh! Woo!! I think there might be a little too much shade on that sweet baby, but other than that I think the shot is perfect!

Love the flowers!! SO pretty! For your critique photo: The bokeh is fantastic! :-) Love it! I might would have zoomed in a little more on that sweet face so you could capture those beautiful eyes. Also a little rule of thumb someone passed on to me [not sure how accurate it is, but just passing it on...]when you can't get both limbs [in this case, the hands] in focus, try to get the one closest to the camera the sharpest. Otherwise, this is such a sweet sweet photo!!

I love your photos of the tulips. So very lovely. I don't blame you for spending time outside - if it wasn't raining here, that's exactly where we would be! Newbie question - what is 'sharpening for the web' :) I've seen this term twice today now, and I think I might be missing something, lol.

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

It was soooo cold out there tonight even with the sun. The wind was whipping. It may have been in the 40s but the wind chill was in the low 30s. I think my face is wind burned. Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). His games are harder to take video of cause his field is so big.

Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.
