In the past week or so I have started reading Trim Healthy Mama and very slowly started implementing their plan. I have had a lot of cheats and crossovers but I still managed to lose 3lbs. I have about 50 more pounds I want to lose. I have tried almost every fad diet, pill, etc and could never stick with it. The Trim Healthy Mama is a plan to food freedom. It is eating real food, so I think I will be able to stick with it. I hope to blog about this more in the future. Anyways I made a weekly menu plan printable to help me plan out my meals. Plans always help when you are trying to stick with a lifestyle change.
