Uploading & Syncing
You can upload photos and videos directly from your computer, plus use their mobile app to upload photos straight from your phone. Once you get is all set up it will start uploading new photos and videos automatically. I would suggests turning this on as a Wi-Fi only option on your phone. If not, you possibly could go over on your mobile data, depending on how many photos you take. ThisLife also will automatically update between all devices. Basically, what you see on your computer you will also see on your phone and other devices.
Library
The Library is set up in order by date. There is also a search option where you can search by people, dates, places, tags, camera taken with, etc. Did you see that? You can search by tags, like hashtags. All your photos from instagram are imported in with your hashtag. AMAZING! As a side note it does have facial recognition which makes it easy when you want to tag someone. Which is helpful when you want to find photos of certain people.
My Stories
What I really enjoy is how easy it is to make stories. You can pull all your photos from say, your child’s birthday party. Put them all in one story and then you are able to share that link via email, or copy the link and post it on Facebook, etc. I first tried this out using all my Catch the Moment collages. Here is what your screen will look like while editing. You can add in notes in between photos.
You can make a cover for your story or just choose one of your photos as the cover. Once you open your story, you can click on a photo and it will zoom in closer.
