One of my close friends just had a baby a few weeks ago. There are a lot of sleepless nights involved. With it beginning to cool I thought it was only proper for me to make her a tea gift basket. I included Bigelow’s American Breakfast Tea because it has 50% more caffeine,  you can receive sustained energy with a natural lift. If you have kids then you know how the first few months are. You need all the energy you can get. Plus tea is a great way to relax and enjoy the day.

I picked up one of those big mugs from Walmart along with Bigelow’s American Breakfast Tea with Lemon, Honey, and I made her a mug cozy. Look for a tutorial on that soon!

Bigelow’s is All American: 100% American made by an American Family; an American Company for the American consumer. Available at an American Retailer – Walmart. Bigelow Tea’s Charleston Tea Plantation is America’s largest working tea garden. Guests are invited to the Charleston Tea Plantation for weddings, tours and even a variety of music festivals. It’s a tea-riffic way to experience historic Southern culture and a living piece of American history!  I love that Bigelow’s supports our troops. Almost 4 million bags of tea have been sent to troops overseas with Bigelow’s Tea for Troops program. Find additional information about Tea for Troops at on their site.

While I was making her tea gift basket I decided I need a nice warm cup of tea. I love their little paper thing, not sure what it is called. It is cute and it opens up to stay on the side of the cup. Very functional!
