Recipe 2/52 for my 30 before 30 list. I am making and blogging about one new recipe a week. My friend Kelly shared this recipe with me. It is very delicious. This Sticky Chicken tastes so much like the Bourbon Chicken you get at the chinese place at the mall.
This is definitely a favorite and we will be making it about at least twice a month. I used boneless, skinless thighs. You could also use bone in thighs.
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Ketchup
- Garlic Powder
Preheat Oven to 375.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup for the sauce.
Put chicken in the pan, pour the sauce over then chicken.
Then sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken.
Cook for about 45 min or longer, turning every 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
I usually serve with a side of extra sauce for dipping
