Scavenger Hunt Sunday | Host {07.01.12}

Filed Under: Photography Tagged With: scavenger hunt sunday

Hello friends! Welcome!! Thanks for coming over from Ashley’s blog. I am so excited that Ashley had her sweet baby girl. I will be meeting her on Thursday and can not wait!! I was secretly hoping Ashley would have her baby before I came out on Thursday for Carsyn’s Doctor appointments. YAY!

Yesterday I second shot a wedding with Melissa. It was so much fun, but very hot. I learned a few new things, which is always good. Overall I am happy with the way my photos turned out.  All of my photos for Scavenger Hunt, besides sunset, will be from the wedding. I will be sharing more soon!

Sunset

I took this sunset photo during another photo shoot. Some of you all have probably seen it already, but it is my favorite sunset photo. This is the prompt for Paper Heart Camera so head over there to link up your photo too!

Photography love...

Sweet

The sweet flower girl. She was soooo adorable!!

Hanging Around

They had these mason jars and hydrangeas hanging around the aisle. They were so beautiful.

Funny Face

They both made a funny face when feeding each other a cupcake. I love it when brides and grooms shove cake in each others face. When Kenny and I got married we did fed each other cake neatly.

Space

A lot of blank space in this photo. Okay this one may be a stretch but it was all I could think of.

While you all are here can you pretty please with a cherry on top vote for me for Top 25 Photographer Moms. Right now we are holding onto 4th place and could really use the votes to make it to the Top 3. I have something very special planned if I make it into the Top 3. Just click the button below then click on the thumbs up beside the word vote. That is is. Only takes a couple seconds and is VERY much appreciated! Thank you so much!

So, what were your interpretations of the items this week? Be sure to load your pictures on your blog (or your Flickr photostream) and link up at the bottom of this post. Feel free to grab a button to display on your blog along with your scavenger hunt items. The linky will be open until Tuesday night at midnight (EST). If you didn’t participate this week, but want to participate next week, here are your items, sponsored by Paper Heart Camera.
  1. Patriotic (Paper Heart Camera Theme)
  2. View from Above
  3. Mosaic
  4. Something Tiny
  5. Vibrant

Can’t wait to see all your photos. I will try and visit you all through today and the next few days!

I'm going to miss my Halloween decorations when they come down - time to start scouring thrift stores for Christmas decor, I suppose! 🎄
