Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Filed Under: Photography Tagged With: scavenger hunt sunday

Hello friends! Really glad you stopped by. I will be enjoying this gorgeous day because it is going to be freezing tomorrow! I will try to visit you back this evening or tomorrow.

Unusual Crop

DSC_6805 copyMeet the new members of our family Wyldstyle and Emmet from The Lego Movie. Dustyn picked out their names, but I think it suits them well. Emmet, the yellow one, is pretty plain which if you watch the movie you understand. Wyldstyle definitely has a wild personality. I thought the unusual crop worked well for them. They are the only things needed to make a cute photo. They will stay inside for the first few weeks then we will be moving them outside. They stay in their tote for most of the time but they love hanging out with us.

Details

DSC_6801 copyI absolutely love the details I captured in this photo. You can see the water drop, spider web, and the thorns. Plus I got some yummy light and bokeh. A new favorite for sure.

On the Ground

DSC_6766 copyLooking down to the ground. We have had a lot of daffodils popped up but none have actually bloomed. These are volunteer ones we get each year but the never bloom. Makes me so sad. Guess I need to buy some.

Blooper

DSC_6519 copyHere is my blooper shot. It was suppose to be a cute sibling photo, but Gavin looks really scared.

Color

DSC_6718 copyI made Dustyn a Donut Cake for the morning of his birthday! He loved it and had a blast blowing out all the candles.

Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!

Those duckies are cute. I love ducks. Once I was at Maymont Park and there were duckies and the mother duck jumped into the stream and she was fussing at the babies to follow her. Almost all did and you could see they were scared to since it was a drop into the water from a tiny hill, almost like a ditch. So the last one was chicken and she was getting more and more vocal with him/her and then it finally did but it landed on her back, I think on purpose...LOL.
