Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Filed Under: Family, Photography Tagged With: carsyn, dustyn, scavenger hunt sunday, swimming

Yesterday was a very busy day. Kenny had to go and help a guy out. The boys and I heading to my parents house and hung out. Then we met Kenny at our friends house for their son, Quinn’s, 2nd Birthday. It was a blast as always. She throws the greatest parties. I am sure I will be sharing more of those this week.

Long Exposure

On our way home after a long day away from home. Not the greatest long exposure shot but anywho. If you can see it gas around here is around $3.57, Kenny did get it for $3.45 today. I thought this shot was neat with the American flag and the way the lines curve since we were going around a curve.

Shapes

Aww. I love my baby boy in his shades. They are shapes right? Kind of ovaly. He hung out with daddy during the party. Everyone thought he was the coolest kid there. ha ha.

Green

Green leaves. I had such a great time capturing the bees at my parents house yesterday. Happy to say I did not get stung, but I did get up close and personal with them.

Fruit

There was fruit in this delicious lemonade. It was so yummy!

Childhood Memory

I remember many days of my child hood spent in a kiddie pool dumping water on each other. Dustyn had a blast.

Scavenger Hunt Sunday

One little peek at our day with Zander. I will be sharing more soon and he is going to be on his way to Amber on Monday.

Carsyn loves him. He did not want to let go of him. I really, really need to buy the boys their own “real” sock monkeys. They both loved Henry & Zander. By the way you can see Carsyn’s 3rd bottom tooth in this photo. His top teeth are so close to breaking through. His gums are all swollen and you can see the white dots.

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.
