Scavenger Hunt Sunday {08.14.11}

Filed Under: Family, Photography Tagged With: scavenger hunt sunday

Today we are trying out a new Church. I hope that we like it because I would really like to get involved again. I miss it. After church we are going out with some friends, then working on the house some more. So I may not be by for a visit until the evening. Make sure you check the Announcements above this post. Lots of awesome things going on.

Against the Light

This church is against the sunlight.

Frame Within a Frame

 Door frame in the natural frame of the railing.

Best Part of My Day

Seeing the boys play together.  I know what you are saying, “How many photos is she going to post of the boys riding together?” BUT this is a different angle. ha ha. It is hard to take photos of them together. My mom and dad were here so I was able to take photos that day.

Buttons

From my Archives but I reedited it.

Ink

Hadn’t used Pixel Bender in awhile and I thought this looked neat. This was taking at the Farmer’s Market yesterday.

Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. Thanks for stopping by and hope to be by your place this evening.

    Love love your first two shots... and we have been down that church search road... *ugh*... it was a long road for us... I think we are settled enough for now... hard times... but I know God had a plan in it... and maybe one day I will be blessed to understand the long journey we took to get to our home church... with that said.. I hope your journey is short and sweet... ;)

Still on my to-do list: a gallery wall and living wall, but I'm a bit nervous since I'm not exactly good at that. One day, though... I also dream of getting a projector to display scenes on the big white wall.

I'm going to miss my Halloween decorations when they come down - time to start scouring thrift stores for Christmas decor, I suppose! 🎄

What I have left to do still: Get the top for my desk and seal it. Organize my craft stuff and put it on the shelves under my desk. Figure out my gallery wall above my desk. Order my @wallygrowplanters for my living wall. And of course buy more books and plants. 😆
