Pixel Bender

I have been wanting and wanting to try out the Pixel Bender since Rosie first introduced it. Well I used it on a few pictures from Monster Jam and just love the look that it gave these photos. I seriously could play all day with this. It was so fun.

Here is a picture of one of the bridges we saw. I think it looks awesome with the pixel bender, but that just may be me. What do you think? Like or Don’t Like? I don’t think I would do it on all photos but I do like the artistic feel that it portrays.

The American Flag they had during the National Anthem

Grave Diggers awesome save. I did not think he was going to make it but he did.

Mean old Brutus. I do like what the affect did to this photo.  I think it looks very cartoony. If that is even a word.

Of course another photo of the Megasuarus. The flames just look awesome.

Captain’s Curse in Black & White

I really am loving all the photos I took at Monster Jam. I think I am meant to be a Motor Sports Photographer. How do I get into that though?

I wondered why I was getting so many hits with my pixel bender post - thankyou so much for the link. I think your photos with the plugin are excellent. They look so animated and cartoon like. Sometimes I use layers with it and sometimes once I've brought the image out of the plugin I go to edit and fade the oil painting effect alittle bit.

Still on my to-do list: a gallery wall and living wall, but I'm a bit nervous since I'm not exactly good at that. One day, though... I also dream of getting a projector to display scenes on the big white wall.

I'm going to miss my Halloween decorations when they come down - time to start scouring thrift stores for Christmas decor, I suppose! 🎄
