Personalized Bento Box and Cooler Bag

Filed Under: School Tagged With: bento, stuck on you

I was sent these items in exchange for my review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. This post does contain affiliate links. Thanks for supporting our family.

Prestyn and Annie started preschool at the beginning of this month. Each day that they go to school they need to bring a snack. I love sending their snacks in their own personalized bento box that I received from Stuck On You.

Personalized Bento Box

I picked a mermaid bento box for Annelyn and it is the cutest.

Personalized Bento Box and Cooler Bag

The inside has a total of 6 compartments. They have them labeled as Vegetable, Dairy, Fruit, Protein, Grain, and then there is a small compartment for dips, special treats, etc. I don’t always use the compartments as they are labeled, but it really helps me to think of a variety of foods I could send. If you need ideas on what to pack or want a lunch box planner make sure you check out my free printable.

I love sending apples with peanut butter. The peanut butter fits perfectly in the little center compartment. Our new favorite peanut butter is from Pic’s. Kenny puts a spoon of this in his smoothie every morning. You can buy jars of peanut butter and the slug packets on Amazon.

About Pic’s Really Good Peanut Butter

Founded in 2007 by Pic Picot, New Zealand-based Pic’s Peanut Butter is New Zealand’s #1 selling peanut butter and sold in 13 countries around the world.   Pic’s is made from the finest quality Hi-Oleic peanuts from Australia that are fresh roasted and lovingly squashed in Nelson.  Pic’s then quick seals its peanut butter to preserve freshness and flavour.  All-natural, is gluten and sugar free and has no additives – simply peanuts and a trace of Kiwi salt, the unsalted version containing 100% peanuts. NON GMO Verified .  Four varieties are offered –  Original (Crunchy), Original (Crunchy, no salt), Smooth and Smooth (no salt) along with Pic’s Peanut Butter Slugs available individually or in packs of 20 (available on Amazon).  Suggested retail is $7.99-$8.99 (380g, 13.4 oz. jar).  A 1Kg, 35.27 oz. sized jar is also available in Original Crunchy at a recommended retail of $19.99.  Pic’s Peanut Butter Slug retail is $.89-$.99 for individual packs.

We even enjoy using their bento boxes around the house. The kids like to ask for snacks in them and then go outside and have a picnic.

Personalized Bento Box and Cooler Bag

I originally order Prestyn a cooler bag and stickers but didn’t for Annie since she wasn’t going to school. Since I decided to send her to school I went ahead and ordered a cooler bag and stickers. I put her allergies on her stickers. Once they are in I will add a photo to my post.

The cooler bag has a little zipper pocket where you can put an ice pack to keep everything cold.

This sticker has been on his bag for about a month and it is sticking so well. I really love how well made these stickers are.

Does your child use a personalized Bento Box?

Those boxes look great! I love the different sections and how they are labeled. We rarely pack as both kids eat at their schools - except for camp lunches during breaks. I do pack my lunch for work each day and am tempted to get one for myself! :)

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

It was soooo cold out there tonight even with the sun. The wind was whipping. It may have been in the 40s but the wind chill was in the low 30s. I think my face is wind burned. Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). His games are harder to take video of cause his field is so big.

Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.

I made the mistake of not repotting my philodendro I made the mistake of not repotting my philodendron white wizard when I first got it, I also didn’t give it enough sunlight. So it was growing soooooo slow. I finally repotted it a couple weeks ago, moved it closer to a window, and started using plant food from @happyhappyhouseplant. Not sure what made the most difference but the leaf opened and now a new one is already starting. Hoping it won’t take as long this time.

Annelyn is loving her new hair cut and loving her hair straightened. Swipe for some adorable photos, she came up with all her own poses. Also the very last photo is her hair before, it was a hot mess. Mollie cut off 3-4 inches and it looks much healthier now.
