New Blog Design by Restored 316 Designs

Filed Under: Family Tagged With: blog design, sponsored

Did you all notice my new blog design? I had been wanting to change things up around here for awhile. I really was looking for something simple and easy to navigate. I came across Restored 316 Designs, when my friend Courtney started working with them.

I ended up picking their newest theme called Amplify. I loved that the navigation bar was on each side of the title. I also liked the fact that it was so clean looking. There are six different color schemes built in. If you ever want to change things up just a bit you can do that easily under theme settings.

sarahhalstead-postAmplify was very easy to customize and they were great at answering my questions. Restored 316 Designs offer quite a bit of how to blog posts, plus they have a whole support section to help you with the theme you chose.

Where to find Restored 316:

Each of their themes are $50. Which is not a bad price for a blog theme. You do need to have Genesis Framework which is a one time fee of $59.95. You can use that framework for a ton of blog designs, so it is definitely worth it.

What do you think of my new blog design?

Disclosure: I was given the theme in exchange for my honest opinion. No other compensation was recieved.

I prefer the white backgrounds, and I like that chrome doesn't crash when I visit your page. So many bloggers, in order to make a few pennies here and there, have all of these obnoxious ads with so many scripts and videos that it takes forever to load and you can't even concentrate on the owner's words. It's unfortunate because they are losing readers over this. I like your layout, I don't feel a rush to get off your page, but can actually read your posts and focus on what you're saying.

I really love it! Totally caught my eye once you made the switch and I have been thinking about purchasing their Lovely theme myself (similar to yours, but a little different.) Your blog is so easy to navigate and I love the big photos. Looks great! Thanks for the info.
