Medifast Week #6 | The Road To A Healthy Life

The road to a healthy life is paved by set backs. I just could not get back on plan this week! I don’t know why, but we ate out almost every day last week. I am just thankful I only gained a pound… I was getting so close to my next goal and bombed it. I just need to get back up and continue on my journey to a healthy life. Next week I am going to share my favorite Medifast meals with you all. Thanks for joining me on this ride and encouraging me along the way!

Week#6

 I have been posting more about what I am eating and doing to lose weight over on instagram if you want to follow me there.

Week #6 Summary

Weight loss this week: +1 pounds

Weight loss since restart: -6 pounds

Weight loss total: -26 pounds

Weight left to lose: 49 pounds

Success: made better choices even while eating out.

Set-Back: ate out almost everyday.

Exercise: nothing

 My Goals:

Goal #1 | 15 pounds

  • Reward: Mani/Pedi – Reached 09/23/2014

Goal #2 | 30 pounds

  • Reward: Massage

Goal #3 | 45 pounds

  • Reward: Tattoo

Goal #4 | 60 pounds

  • Reward: New Purse

    You should be very proud of the progress you are making and your determination to reach your goals..it probably inspires others..inspite of the excuses it is so easy to make to fall off the plan. Good luck and keep fighting the good fight.

    My husband had a similar week and challenges - we ate out way too much due to social obligations. Another one tonight, and then he is back on the wagon!

    The road is a bumpy one. And it's totally normal and human to make mistakes. Just don't allow it to discourage your entire journey. You can do this.
