Medifast Week #5 | The Road To A Healthy Life

The road to a healthy life is paved by letting go of the past. I was doing really good until Superbowl Sunday. I told myself I was going to be good. I tried so hard, but I couldn’t resist all the delicious food (though I felt like crap after eating it). I ate way more then I needed to. Thankfully I had already lost 2 lbs last week and didn’t gain it back. I was very disappointed in myself, but I decided I would let it go and not let it affect me. I am back on track now and hope to lose the 3lbs left to meet my 2nd goal! Massage here I come!!

Week #5 Summary

Weight loss this week: -2 pounds

Weight loss since restart: -7 pounds

Weight loss total: -27 pounds

Weight left to lose: 48 pounds

Success: stuck to the plan for the most part.

Set-Back: super bowl party!

Exercise: not much of anything.

    To me, the road to healthy is one of movement - although I am not overweight and I do work out almost every day, I am way too sedentary most of the rest of the time - I need to get my butt out of the chair more often!

    I like your featured quote. I was disappointed in myself when I stopped working out after the first two weeks of January. Annie decided kind of last minute that she wanted Annie decided kind of last minute that she wanted a My Little Pony birthday party instead of a cat birthday party for the 3rd year in a row. So I had to pull it together in a short amount of time. I also didn’t take nearly enough photos.
