Recipe 1/52 for my 30 before 30 list. I am making and blogging about one new recipe a week. Starting this project with a bang! This Magherita Pita Pizza is so easy and refreshing. Definitely will be added to the rotation. Kenny is a huge fan of this these. They are the perfect size and would go wonderful with a greek salad.

Sprinkle with italian seasoning and parmasean cheese.
-
Bake at 425° for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
I put the tomatoes on the bottom, then all the cheese on top. I found that if you put the tomatoes on top of any cheese the juice from the tomatoes made the cheese really weird looking. I am a weird person and I just didn’t like it. Ha.
Let me know if you try this out and what you think.
