Magherita Pita Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 Whole Wheat Pita Breads
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parmasean Cheese

Instructions

  1. Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet; brush with oil.
  2. Top with garlic, tomatoes, garlic powder and cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with italian seasoning and parmasean cheese.
  4. Bake at 425° for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
