Raise your hand if you are a key lime fan! I am, but I do not like when it is too tart. This key lime cheesecake parfait has the perfect ratio between tart and sweet. Keep reading to find out how to make this sweet snack, or would you call it a dessert?

Key Lime Cheesecake Parfait Recipe

Layer 1 | #QuakerUp #LoveMyCereal #CollectiveBias #spon

Add the Quaker Granola to the bottom of your dish. I used the Quaker Granola Oats, Honey, and Almonds.

Layer 2 | #QuakerUp #LoveMyCereal #CollectiveBias #sponAdd in the key lime cheesecake mix.

Layer 3 | #QuakerUp #LoveMyCereal #CollectiveBias #sponAdd another layer of granola.

Layer 4 | #QuakerUp #LoveMyCereal #CollectiveBias #sponLast layer of cheesecake mix. Leave a little room for whip cream.

Layer 5 | #QuakerUp #LoveMyCereal #CollectiveBias #sponTop with whip cream. Yumm!

Layer 6 | #QuakerUp #LoveMyCereal #CollectiveBias #sponAdd a little more granola on top, because you can never have too much. Right?

Layer 7 | #QuakerUp #LoveMyCereal #CollectiveBias #sponGarnish with a lime and you are done.

If you are doing a smaller glass, do one layer of granola and cheesecake mix instead of two. Then continue with the rest of the layers.

Want your key lime a little more tart leave out the sugar. This recipe was super easy and delicious. It makes enough for about 4 mason jar parfaits. Depending upon your Granola to Cheesecake Ratio.

First, let me just say you are an amazing photographer! Your pictures are so vivid and awesome. They make me feel as if I could almost lick the screen lol. I also love key lime pie when it's not too tart. The first key lime pie I had was soo unbelievably tart, I refused to eat another one for 10 years, no joke. Then I tried the Edward's brand, and it was way milder and I actually enjoyed it :) This recipe looks delicious and I will most definitely be giving it a try ♥

I once made a key lime pie, but I didn't know what key limes were and I used regular limes. That had to be the most pucker worthy pie I'd ever made. I'll make sure to use key limes when I make this one, LOL. Thanks for the memory and the recipe ;)

I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.
