Have you seen that ad on my sidebar for the past month? I have been trying out the It Works Ultimate Body Applicator! I first got intrigued following Michelle on Instagram and seeing all the amazing results she posted on her Facebook Page.
See my tummy has always been my problem area. Even before I had kids and I was 135 pounds I always had a little pouch there. No matter what exercises or dieting I did it was still there. Well since then I have had two kids one via a C-Section. My kids were big babies too 10 pounds 4 ounces and 9 pounds 5 ounces. I also gained about 50lbs total since being married and having kids.
I did four wraps over the last month and saw a big difference as far as the appearance of my stomach and how flabby it was. I lost a total of 5 inches in my stomach with the four wraps. That was without changing my eating habits or exercising. I think I could have done better if I really would have watched what I ate and exercised. I plan to lose at least 30lbs, maybe more. When I reach my goal of 160 pounds I am going to do four more wraps. Then more if I need to as I lose more weight.
