Another month is in the books, I knew time would fly, but this is just going too quickly. He has learned so many new skills this month. He is rolling over both ways, sitting up and he has started scooting backwards. My baby is growing up too fast. I want to talk a little about my everyday hero today, Colleen "Cokie", my grandma. She lived a long, beautiful, but heart-wrenching life. Colleen was born September 20, 1928, and died July 21, 2015, at the age of 86. She married Charles "Joe" Dixon September 10, 1951. She lost her husband, Joe, to a heart attack in 1977, when he was only 49 years old. They lost their 1st born daughter Denise at 3 years old from leukemia.
