Trim Healthy Mama 3 Month Update
Last year I bought the Trim Healthy Mama plan book and cookbook. I did really well on it and dropped about 20 or so pounds. Well I stopped because of stress and I went back my old habits again. I gained all the weight back plus more. March 5th of this year I recommitted to the trim healthy mama lifestyle. My goal is to lose 70lbs total, I am down 23lbs so far and I feel a whole lot better. May has come and gone. It was a very busy, but fun month. It is always one of my favorite months. Dustyn did a yo-yo act in the talent show at school.
