Snow Day
I never imagined being in North East North Carolina and getting so much snow. Usually we get a dusting to one each once or twice a year. In just a week we have gotten two substantial amounts of snow. These pictures are from the snow day last week. It was a gorgeous sunrise so I just had to go out and capture the snow and beautiful light. Chipotle Chicken Chili
I love doing the Recipe Round-Up each month. For the month of January the theme is Cold Weather Comfort Foods. When I think of cold weather one of my favorite foods to fix is chili. Weekly Wishes #4
Last Week's Wishes Finish the Laundry. Cook more meals at home. Organize and declutter our kitchen. Make a big donation to the local Goodwill. Make it to the gym at least twice this week and do some walking. Take more photos of the boys with my DSLR and print them. I did finish the laundry. Plus I actually went through ALL the boys clothes.
