Dustyn had his surgery yesterday, so today has been kind of a mess. The surgery went well, but he is not wanting to take his medicine or drink much. It has been a battle for sure. We are really trying to avoid going to the ER because who knows what else he could pick up while he is there. Anyways onto my week of Carsyn photos. Dustyn’s Sleep Apnea
If you all follow me on instagram you all know Dustyn had a sleep study back in July. He was doing a lot of loud snoring and I started noticing quite a few pauses in breathing at night. We received the results in August saying he had pretty moderate to severe sleep apnea. He was having 10 episodes an hour where he would stop breathing or his breathing would get really shallow. Seems like I am being pretty consistent with 1 pound lost, even when I don't stay exactly on plan. This week was pretty stressful. We found out Dustyn has to have his tonsils and adenoids taken out tomorrow, so I did a lot of stress eating this past week. I am hoping I can get back on track this week. Lately I have been using my Intel Tablet to look up new recipes for fall. I love finding new recipes on pinterest and trying them out. Dustyn lost his very first tooth last night. He was so stinking excited. The tooth fairy left him a $1 bill and a $1 gold coin. His second one isn't far behind. I think they may pull it out on Thursday during his tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy because I am sure they don't want that accidentally falling down his throat while they are working.
