Easy Lunch Ideas

5 Easy Lunch Ideas

With Prestyn and Annie going to half-day preschool, lunchtime gets a little bit tricky. I pick them up around lunchtime, instead of heading to the drive-thru on the way home I want to make better choices, that are still quick. I am always on the hunt for easy lunch ideas. Check out a few of our new favorite lunches below.

Udi’s Sweet Potato Crust Chicken BBQ Pizza

Easy Lunch Ideas - Udi’s Sweet Potato Crust Chicken BBQ PizzaThis pizza is AMAZING! Udi’s BBQ Flavored Chicken Pizza has a crust made from sweet potatoes. Then it is topped with delicious mozzarella and smoked gouda cheese, sweet BBQ sauce, and white meat chicken. It’s gluten-free and grain-free. I could see myself eating this at least once a week.

Healthy Choice Café Steamers Grilled Chicken Marinara with Parmesan

Healthy Choice Café Steamers Grilled Chicken Marinara with ParmesanEnjoy a taste of Italy with this deliciously inspired dish, featuring juicy grilled white meat chicken, al dente penne pasta and crisp broccoli in a zesty marinara sauce. It comes topped with freshly grated Parmesan and has no preservatives. Healthy Choice Steamers are super easy to make, you microwave it with the plastic on it, once it is done, remove the plastic, take the top steamer bowl and dump it into the sauce, then stir.

Gardein Classic Meatless Meatballs

Gardein Classic Meatless MeatballsGardein Classic Meatless Meatballs are always certified vegan, non-GMO, dairy-free and kosher. Even though they are meatless they pack a punch with 14g of protein. They are ready in as little as 8 minutes, then toss into your favorite sauce – and you’ve got lunch or dinner! I served this over our favorite noodles and topped with parmesan cheese.

Birds Eye Veggie Made™ Garlic Chicken

Birds Eye Veggie Made™ Garlic ChickenBirds Eye Veggie Made™ single-serve bowls provide delicious and nutritious alternatives to your favorite frozen meals. Made with premium ingredients and the pasta is made from 100% vegetables. That’s right – the pasta is the vegetables! Now you can get a half-cup of vegetables per serving, in comfort foods you enjoy – veggie goodness in every bite! I know I don’t eat nearly enough vegetables so this is perfect for me. This garlic chicken bowl was so easy to make and tasted delicious.

Birds Eye Veggie Made™ Mac & Cheese

Easy Lunch Ideas - Birds Eye Veggie Made™ Mac & CheeseYou can now enjoy the flavor of classic comfort food with 100% vegetable pasta. Varieties include Mac & Cheese Elbows with Cheddar Cheese and Mac & Cheese Shells with White Cheddar Cheese. All are made with 100% vegetable pasta, 1 serving of vegetables per serving, no artificial flavors, preservatives or dyes and made with real cheese. It’s the perfect way to get your family to enjoy eating more veggies! At the moment Prestyn only likes green beans, so I was so thankful when he liked this Birds Eye Mac & Cheese.

Which of these easy lunch ideas would you want to try?

You can find all of these lunch solutions at your local grocery store. Once you are in the store, steer that cart right to the frozen food aisle. Once you get there check out these awesome brands:  Udi’s, Healthy Choice,  Gardein, and Birds Eye.
