First Day Of School 2019

Filed Under: School Tagged With: back to school, first day of school, preschool

Well, it is official, all of my kids are in some type of school. Granted Annelyn only goes a couple of half-days and Prestyn is still doing half-days, but I get a little time alone. My plans are to get this house back into shape and get some things cleaned out before our bathroom remodel, which will hopefully happen in the next month or so. I can not wait to have a bathroom that will work better for Carsyn.

Dustyn started middle school. Can not even believe my first baby is old enough for that. So far it is going pretty good. He knows a lot of the kids in his class, which helps with the transition.

Carsyn started 4th grade, though he is still in his same self-contained classroom. I am not sure if they plan to keep him in elementary school for longer or not. They still don’t have a permanent teacher, but he does know some of the aides from last year.

Prestyn is going to the 3-year-old class 5 half-days a week. He will be 4 in November, so he is probably one of the oldest in his class. Prestyn did not want me to leave but his teacher sent me a photo a little bit later and she said he was doing great.

Annelyn started Toddler time which is two half-days each week. Prestyn did this when he was almost 2. I wasn’t going to send her because of her allergies and all, but I really needed some time to myself to get stuff done. I also think it will be good for her to socialize. When I dropped her off she didn’t cry but she was kind of reluctant.

Not sure why she decided to pour sand on her hair Not sure why she decided to pour sand on her hair and in her boot but she looked so cute I had to snap some photos. In case you are wondering, yes it seemed to take forever to get the sand out of her hair. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
