Over the years I have tried and failed on so many diets. I would do good for awhile, but then stress, life, etc would get in the way. Then I would go completely off plan and gain it all back plus more. Recently I took a weight loss quiz with NeuroGym to see if I had obstacles in the way of losing weight.

After finishing the quiz I realized my mind had a lot to do with how I would do on my diet. It was getting in the way of reaching my full potential.  I am so excited to be Winning the Game of Weight Loss now. This plan is completely different than anything I have ever tried before. There are 12 levels total to the plan, I am now finished with the first two levels. Everything they talk about makes sense and makes me realize why I have struggled so much. I am so excited to work through all the levels. Most noteworthy about this program is once you purchase it you have access for life. Sweet!

Every day I have enjoyed going outside and walking around while listening to each weeks innercise audio. As a result, I have been retraining my brain to change the way I look at my life and my weight loss.

One of the main things that stuck out to me in NeuroGym is making healthy habits and sticking with them. So I made this daily habit tracker to help me keep up with what I do each day. For my habit tracker I included listening to NeuroGym. Each level has it’s own innercise audio to listen to each day for a week, then you move onto the next level.

Daily Habit Tracker

I took my daily habit tracker and taped it into my planner for easy to access. I colored the month to keep track of what month that habit tracker is for. The numbers are for each day of the month, and you color in a block each time you complete your new habit.

NeuroGym is nothing like the other programs I have tried that made you count calories, or do specific portions or strenuous daily workouts. NeuroGym helped me change my mindset about weight loss.

I'm the same way when it comes to dieting. I do well for a while and then fall off track. I love the idea of this habit tracker! That why I can visually see that I'm working towards progress!

I've heard about this system, but didn't really understand how it worked until now. This seems so much more positive than so many other weight loss programs out there!

As many lists and planners I have, I don't have a habit tracker! What a great idea! I struggle with my inner thoughts, I think changing my mindset is definitely something I need to work on! (CLIENT)

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

It was soooo cold out there tonight even with the sun. The wind was whipping. It may have been in the 40s but the wind chill was in the low 30s. I think my face is wind burned. Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). His games are harder to take video of cause his field is so big.

Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.

Not sure what made the most difference but the leaf opened and now a new one is already starting. Hoping it won’t take as long this time.
