Ultimate combination of philly cheesesteak and burger.
Mix ground beef with the garlic salt and pepper until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
Sauté the onions, bell peppers and mushrooms in butter with salt and pepper until cooked to your preferred tenderness. We like ours nice and tender.
Grill burgers over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked thoroughly.
Add the cheese and grill for another minute or until cheese is melted.
Serve brugers on rolls, topped with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. If you want you can add a little bit of mayonaisse to your bun.
