I first boil my chicken in water with a little bit of chicken base, salt and pepper.

Set aside and let cool, then shred the chicken.

Put the shredded chicken in a bowl and add the frank's hot sauce. Let sit for about 5 -10 minutes.

Add the cream cheese, and ranch dressing to a pot or a crock pot.

Next add the chicken, hot sauce mixture to your pot or crock pot.

If you were cooking in a pot you can transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, until bubbly and cheese has melted.

Or stir in the mozzarella straight to the pot and serve once melted.

If you were cooking in a crock pot continue cooking on low till about 30 minutes before serving then stir in the mozzarella.
