Place the rice cereal in a large bowl.

Melt the chocolate mint morsels in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Stirring in between until they are fully melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and gently mix together.

Put them in a large ziploc bag and add in the powdered sugar.

Shake very well until all the cereal is covered.

Lay out on a cookie sheet to cool.

Add in the unwrapped Andes (I broke them in half) and the chocolate mint M&Ms.
