Heat olive oil in large pot.

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil, until they begin to soften.

Add salt, chili powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, chipotle chile and stir until combined. Cook for another minute or two.

Add ground beef and cook until brown.

Pour in the Dr Pepper TEN. Let reduce over medium heat.

Drain diced tomatoes, and add them along with the fire roasted tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Let your chili simmer on the stove for 45 minutes or more.

Add the beans about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with toppings of choice.
