Summer Cookout Preparations
I was under the weather most of the week but I am finally feeling better. I am running around cleaning the house today. Then tomorrow I plan on going to the store to get last minute things we need for the cookout.Kenny is going to smoke a pork butt all day long. Then we are going to have some friends over for BBQ Sandwiches. We will have Coleslaw to go with it. I also plan on making our famous grilled potatoes. They taste like fries but are healthier.
Our friends will probably bring another side dish. Now all I need to do is decide on dessert. So many choices…. Here are a few from Pinterest that I was thinking about making.
