Strawberry Lime Frosé {Frozen Rosé}

We own quite a bit of property so we spend a lot of evenings outdoors during the Spring/Summer. The kids spend hours outside playing until it gets close to dark. Spring entertaining outdoors with cool cocktails, fresh foods, and frozen treats is my favorite. The other day I made the best Strawberry Lime Frosé using Rosé wine from Cavit. While I was enjoying my Frosé the kids needed a special treat too. They enjoyed trying the new  My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream.

My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream

My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream is made up of two delicious parts. The outside is covered in sweet rice dough, called Mochi! Inside is a premium milky melty ice cream. They go perfectly together. Find them in a retailer near you and don’t forget to bring your $1 off coupon with you. If you use ibotta, make sure you use this also!

Cavit Rosé

I love the delicate flavor of raspberry, strawberry, cherry and watermelon that Cavit Rosé offers. The wine is a well-balanced, fresh, dry, Provence-style character of extraordinary quality. This is the perfect wine to  chicken, fish, light appetizers or alone. I love enjoying this chilled, next time I want to try it in a frozen cocktail.  The affordable price point makes it a good choice for Spring and Summer entertaining.

Strawberry Lime Frosé

This easy strawberry lime frosé, or frozen rosé wine, is smooth and refreshing.

Servings 2 people

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Cavit Rosé Wine extra chilled
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Add the wine, frozen strawberries, and juice of 1 lime into your blender.

  2. Blend together well.

  3. To start, add 1 cup of ice and blend. Check the consistency and add more ice if needed.

Recipe Notes

If you want you can stick the wine in the freezer for an hour or two.

For a sweeter Strawberry Lime Frosé cut the strawberries and cover in sugar, let them sit overnight in the fridge, then freeze them before making your frosé.
