My post on strawberry heart fruit kabobs is sponsored by Netflix as a member of their #StreamTeam. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
My boys are big fans of all the Llama Llama Red Pajama books, so they were super excited to see the new series on Netflix. I made these super cute strawberry heart fruit kabobs for them to enjoy while watching the new show. We have already gone through the season once, and are working on watching it all over again.
Jennifer Garner is the voice for Mama Llama. I just love her! Watch the preview below.
How To Make Strawberry Heart Fruit Kabobs
- Use a small heart cookie cutter to cut out the strawberries. If you do not have one make a little V at the top of the strawberry where you cut off the stem, then cut the bottom into a V.
- Thread the strawberry hearts onto a skewer, alternating with grapes, blueberries, or any other small pieces of fruit.
- To keep with the red theme for Llama Llama I only use red grapes.
Prestyn is loving the new Trolls: The Beat Goes On! It picks up right where the hit movie left off, and follows the adventures of Poppy, Branch and all their Troll friends. Trolls: The Beat Goes On! premieres on Netflix this January 19.
I am super excited to watch the second season of Santa Clarita Diet. Drew Barrymore is hilarious in this show.
But it doesn’t stop there: This February, Queer Eye returns after 15 years with a brand new Fab Five and the Regina King-starring crime drama Seven Seconds goes beyond the headlines of race relations and law enforcement. The standard coming-of-age story is turned on its head with a set of dueling A/V and drama clubs set in 1990s Oregon in Everything Sucks! to four bright and savvy friends in growing up and navigating their way through life in South Central LA in On My Block.
And later this year, mark your calendars for family blockbuster nights with new takes on classic stories: First, get ready to welcome back the most lovable dog in Hollywood with Benji coming to Netflix in March, and then blast off into the galaxy with Lost in Space, a reboot of the 1960s classic which is set to launch in mid-2018.
