The Fourth Awakens | Week #24
After last week I was thankful for a low key week. Not much new happening this week. Today, I started my 2 weeks of blood glucose monitoring. My doctor gave me the okay to check my blood sugar 4 times a day for two weeks and keep a log of what I ate and what my blood sugar was an hour after eating. So far everything has been in range.
