Time is really flying by! I am not sure where the weeks are going, but crazy I will be meeting our little guy soon. Our next appointment/ultrasound is Wednesday. The other night I was looking for an easy dinner that didn't require me to turn on the oven. I really dislike using the oven when it is so warm outside. I wanted something refreshing and simple.
