Quarterly Top 5 #3 Link Up

Filed Under: Family, Photography Tagged With: quarterly top 5

Here are my top eight… Okay, okay. I know I cheated. There are more then five photos here and they are not posted separately. Well if you can’t tell, I am a bit obsessed with putting pictures in words. See my header? Ha ha.  Hey, but I can cheat since I co-host with the lovely Amber from Amber’s Articles and Courtney from Click It Up A Notch.

In order- Dustyn going to school, Carsyn’s 16 month photo, Dustyn pushing Carsyn in the swing, Dustyn’s 3 1/2 year/back to school photo, Carsyn playing peekaboo, Dustyn and Carsyn holding hands, Dustyn finger face painting, Carsyn’s sweet smile.

By the way can you click here and vote for Dustyn’s face painting photo. He is #72. It is people’s choice this week at I Heart Faces. Thanks!

Now it is your turn! Show us your Top 5!

Here’s how it works:

  • Go through the photos you have taken of your kids or your furry kids.  Just choose photos taken from July 2011-September 2011.
  • Post your top 5 on your blog or flickr account on September 28th – October 5th
  • Link up with the linky either here @ Nap Time Momtog, Amber’s Articles, or Click it Up a Notch
  • Put our button on your post.  If the button is not there you will not be eligible to win one of these fabulous prizes.

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

It was soooo cold out there tonight even with the sun. The wind was whipping. It may have been in the 40s but the wind chill was in the low 30s. I think my face is wind burned. Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). His games are harder to take video of cause his field is so big.

Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.
