Dustyn absolutely LOVES pepperoni. He will eat it all by itself or on Pizza, but we needed some new pepperoni recipe ideas. I know he really likes eggs too, so I thought why not combine the two and make pepperoni and eggs.

Ingredients for Pepperoni and Eggs

Pepperoni-and-Eggs-Ingredients

Grab a pack of Hormel Pepperoni (I grabbed the big one because we go through pepperoni quickly in this house), Eggs, Milk, Cheddar Cheese, Salt and Pepper.

 Directions for Pepperoni and Eggs

http://www.sarahhalstead.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Pepperoni-and-Eggs1.mp4

Heat your skillet to medium-high heat. Cut the pepperoni in fourths, then add it to the skillet. Cook just till it starts to burn a little. While the pepperoni is cooking, scramble the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. When the pepperoni is done use a paper towel to get out some of the grease. Add in the eggs and cook while stirring until done. Serve with toast, coffee, and a little extra cheese on top of your pepperoni and eggs. You have a delicious and easy breakfast. If you want you could eat the eggs on the toast. That would be pretty tasty too. Or you could add some hot sauce, or ketchup on your eggs  if you are into that kind of thing.

It was a nice secluded spot that we might just make our new spot. The kids had a blast, I am glad it stays shallow here plus we didn’t have to worry about waves.

The eyebrow dye last for about 4-6 weeks. It gradually lightens up over time. I included the photo of Annie after she did her “makeup”. This project 365 isn’t looking like I thought it would. I was hoping to use my DSLR more but end up just using my phone and using random photos I take during the day. Nothing specific or set up pretty, but it works. I’m still capturing memories.

Not sure what’s been going on lately but the last few days I have gotten headaches in the afternoon.
