The other night we made home made funnel cakes. It is so easy. Just take your pancake mix and squeeze it into hot oil. Cook till brown. Remove from oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar. It sure doesn’t look pretty, but it is so good. Here are some other photos I took this past week/weekend
