The other night on the grill we made these Lime Shrimp Kabobs. They were DELICIOUS! Lime Shrimp Kabobs You could also use any vegetables you want. I think some tomatoes would be delicious. I think next time I will marinate the veggies in some of that juice also. The shrimp had amazing flavor.
